Strumming
There is no strumming pattern for this song yet. and get +5 IQ
This is the way I play it, i think it sounds very close to the original recording, let
me know what you think

The intro and verses are loosley finger picked;
Strumming down the bass notes with my thumb and plucking up the trebel with my index
and/or middle.
I strum the chorus 'normally'

The Chords are as follows:
They're mostly bar chords with the high e string left open and the Low E muted or missed
I switch between the G bar chord on the verse and Open G for the chorus.
I've put an asterix next to the open G*
You can Bar the A chord with your index finger and mute the High e

[Verse 1]
Bm F#
A short delay, the parrot blues
G D
Little voices mimic you
  F# G
It's not so hard to make that sound
Bm F#
So watch your back, the Ides of March
G D
Cut your hair like Joan of Arc
     F# G
Disguise your will, they'll find you out
              F#
And when they do
    G* A
Look out

[Chorus]
              G* A
There's money-lenders inside the temple
            G* D
That circus tiger's gonna break your heart
             F# G*
Something so wild turned into paper
      Em (T1) A
If I loved you, well that's my fault
   T2

[Verse 2]
Bm F#
A bitch in heat, the alpha male
G D
Not something she'd ever tell
   F# G
Except when she got deathly high
Bm F#
And out it came like summer rain
   G D
It washed the cars and everything
     F# G
Felt clean for just a little while
      F# G* A
A telethon... We drunk dialed

[Chorus]
               G* A
Those starving children they ain't got no mother
               G* D
There's pink flamingos living in the mall
           F# G*
I'd give a fortune to your infomercial
       Em (T1) A
If somebody would just take my call
          Em (T1) A
Take my call
          Em (T1) A
Take my call

[Bridge]
D
Hello
                              G*
Patterns in my mind now moving slow
                              D
Sorrow all across the surface rolls
                              A
Smoothing out the edges of the stone
                                      Em
The lights are out. Where'd everybody go?
     G
Alone

[You can play a single B note{2nd fret low E} after the G chord]

[Instrumental]
    Bm F# G D G D F#

[Verse 3]
Bm F#
Erase yourself and you'll be free
    G D
Mandala destroyed by the sea
F# G
All we are is colored sand
   Bm F#
So pay to ride the ferris wheel
G D
Smile, all that you can feel
   F# G
Is gratitude for what has been
             F#
Cause it did not
G A (T2)
Happen

[Chorus]
              G A
There's money-lenders inside the temple
            G D
That circus tiger's gonna break my heart
             F# G
Something so wild turned into paper
       Em A
If you love me, then that's your fault
              G A
There's money-lenders inside the temple
             G D
This crystal city's gonna fall apart
               F# G
When all their power turns into vapor
      Em A
If I miss you, well that's my fault
            Em A
That's my fault
            Em A
That's my fault
