Miller's Angels
Counting Crows
from "Recovering the Satellites"

*****
I have only seen one tab out there for this and it's a bit tough to
play... well at least for someone with my skills anyway. Anyway, I figured
out a much easier version using a capo on the third fret and it still plays
well along side the album. Enjoy.

Capo 3
(all chords relative to capo)

Verse:
Em G D
Miller's angels in black and white
Em G D
Welcome everyone in

Children dreaming of wrong and right
Em G D
Wrapped in grace and in sin

Chorus:
Am G C
They come out of the blue sky
Am G C
They come out of the blue

They come out of the blue sky

But you never know, where they're gonna go
C D Em
Hey Romeo

Verse:
Em G D
Miller's fingers are traveling
Em G D
Down the length of her thigh
Em G D
But Miller's mind is still wandering
Em G D
Staring up at the sky

Chorus:
Am G C
They come out of the blue sky
Am G C
They come out of the blue
Am G C
They come out of the blue sky
              Em A
But you never know, where they're gonna go
C D Em
Hey Romeo
              Em A
But you never know, where they're gonna go

I am a fortunate son

They come out of the blue sky

They come out of the blue sky
              Em A
But you never know, where they're gonna go
C D Em
Hey Romeo
              Em A
But you never know, where they're gonna go
C D Em
Hey Romeo
              Em A
But you never know, where they're gonna go
C D Em
Hey Romeo

Ending:

**The whole rest of the song is just repeating G & C

Can't you hear me? 'cause I'm screaming
I did not go outside yesterday
Don't wake me... Please don't wake me
'Cause I was dreaming
And I might just stay inside again today
I don't go out much these days
Yes sometimes I stay inside all day

Leave me leave me leave me leave me alone
Won't you leave me leave me leave me leave me alone
Won't you leave me leave me leave me leave me alone
Won't you leave me leave me leave me leave me alone
Won't you leave me alone?

I transpose this +3 so I don't use the capo, also, the C in the Chorus should be a Csus. It sounds beautiful if you play it like that. You would just do the barre chord for that so it would be x 3 5 5 3 3
