i dont mean to be anal and you probabally tried to do this but its usually easier to do an open note on the next highest string than to frett the fifth like

--0--- ------
------ instead of --5---

man playing on the 5th fret DEFINATLY sounds better though. no question. see your point though.

hmm... Perhaps a tiny bit better... If you don't have a terribly good guitar it sounds better on 5th fret. Pretty good tab.
