---I think this is right, let me know if it's not! marinah_@hotmail.com

[Verse 1:]
F C F C F C
Lying in my bed I hear the clock tick,
     F C
and think of you
 F C F C F C
caught up in circles confusion--
F C
is nothing new
F G Em F
Flashback--warm nights--
F G Em
almost left behind
F G Em F
suitcases of memories,
F G
time after--

[Verse 2]
sometimes you picture me--
I'm walking too far ahead
you're calling to me, I can't hear
what you've said--
Then you say--go slow--
I fall behind--
the second hand unwinds

           G Am7 F
if you're lost you can look--and you will find me
F G C
time after time
        G Am7
if you fall I will catch you--I'll be waiting
F G C
time after time

i think it is really close, personally i would change F to Fmaj7 and Am7 to Am, other than that i think the chords suit the vocal melody, mind you that's working off memory and not listening or playing along with the song :) thanks for posting it
