I wonder why this is marked as a ukulele tab?? If you have a UKE and want to play this, try :-

Bb7M [3210] F [2010] C [0003]

Hammer-ons/pull-offs are on the C string (2nd string from top) on the Bb7M Normally your middle finger.
G string (top string) on the F. again your middle finger.
