This is a corrected version of a god-awful tab I found on here. Hope you like it.

The quick changes from C to Em can be played as a walk-down from the normal C form
to this chord: E A D G B e
               x 2 0 0 1 0

Intro:
[finger-picked] Am - C - Am - C
[strummed] G - Dm - C - Em - Am (x3) (hammering-on/pulling-off the third fret of
the Low E string with your pinky for the bass groove)

For any [Am] time I felt like [C] punching out.
Any- [Am] -one who passed as [C] I fell down.
For any [Am] time I've wondered [Dm] how much pain can I endure [G]
without letting all the [C] blood [Em] flow [Am] out.

For any [Am] time I've tried to [C] hold her hand,
just to [Am] watch her move a- [C] -way.
For all those [Am] nights I would drink until I
[Dm] found the guts to speak
And then [G] threw them up all [C] o- [Em] -ver the [Am] place.

Can I just [Dm] say how worth the [C] wait [G] it's [Am] been.
Can I just [Dm] say that I would [C] do [G] this [Am] again.
Because [Dm] now I know what happens in the [G] end
is that maybe I would leave them all [Am] instead.

For any [Am] time I've looked in- [C] -side myself
and seen a [Am] big, black void of [C] emptiness.
For all those [Am] nights I outline my [Dm] life passions
to [G] wish that I was [C] me- [Em] -mory [Am] less.

Can I just [Dm] say how worth the [C] wait [G] it's [Am] been.
Can I just [Dm] say that I would [C] do [G] this [Am] again.
Because [Dm] now I know what happens in the [G] end
So maybe I would burn them all [Am] instead.

And now you [C] say, [G] say, [Dm] say
would you just [Dm] stay, [G] stay, [Am] stay.
There is a [Dm] point to all this, there's a point to me.
There's a [F] home I have made in your heart as it beats
And [Em] to its rhythm [F] I will [G] sing

Do do [C] do [G] do [Dm] do, do do [Dm] do [G] do [Am] do.
Do do [C] do [G] do [Dm] do, do do [Dm] do [Em] do [Am] do.

Can I just [Dm] say how worth the [C] wait [G] it's [Am] been.
Can I just [Dm] say that I would [C] do [G] this [Am] again.
Because [Dm] now I know I have you in the [G] end
So maybe I would burn them all [Am] instead.

i think it sounds better if you change the G to an E major in the chorus and also change a lot of the E minors to E majors.
