Title: Digital Age
Artist: Daniela Andrade
Album: Shore [2016]

=======================================================================================

Key: C

[Verse 1]

Am7 Am7
Lately I've thought about us,
       G7 G7
And my mind plays this game where it trusts,
      FM7 FM7
Every word that you said,
                    CM7 | CM9
My memory serves to save

Am7 Am7
I like this digital age,
            G7 G7
Where we're set to be forward in state,
           FM7 FM7
If I could code me a hologram,
                     CM9 | CM9
It'd be shaped like you,

[Chorus]

   Am7 Am7
My twenty first century love,
        C/Ab C/Ab CM9 | CM9
There's nothing that could get across or between us,
   Am7 Am7
My twenty first century love,
        C/Ab C/Ab CM9 | CM9
There's nothing that we could dream of that couldn't be done

[Verse 2]

Am7 Am7
I've drawn a plan with the moon,
     G7 G7
It involves outer spacing with you,
         FM7
We could build our own graves,
   FM7 CM9 CM9
And give ourselves names like stars, stars

Am7 Am7
People would fly out to see,
      G7 G7
Empty pockets and pay good money,
               FM7 FM7
Cause it's our nature to dish what we can't
                         CM7 | CM7
And leave behind what we could

[Dialogue]

N.C.
I'm inside already
Was a bit early,
Sorry I was just going to text you,
Can you come over to my place instead?
Why didn't you say so?
I don't feel super well
I wanna talk to you in person
What's going on?
I think it's best that we talk in person
Okay, but tell me
I wanna take some time alone and travel, pretty soon
What does that mean for us?
My feelings haven't changed
But I want you gone for a while, so...

[Chorus]

   Am7 Am7
My twenty first century love,
        C/Ab C/Ab CM7 | CM7
There's nothing that could get across or between us,
   Am7 Am7
My twenty first century love,
        C/Ab C/Ab CM7 | CM7
There's nothing that we could dream of that couldn't be done

[Instrumental]
Am7 | Dm7 | CM7 | FM9
Am7 | Dm7 | CM7 | FM9
Am7 | Dm7 | CM7 | FM7
Am7 | FM7 | Am7 | FM9
Am7 | FM7 | Am7 | FM7

The lyrics for the last two lines in Verse 2 is wrong.

"Cause it's our nature to dish what we can't
And leave behind what we could"
