Ok, so there are a lot of tabs for this song that come close, but not quite.  They have 
right chords, just not the right positions.  I figured it out a while ago and then saw 
in concert last week.  After watching Chris play this song, I can tell you this is 100% accurate.

However =) It's Harder to play The D/F# and G with the capo, and without the capo, it still sounds..meh..alright. i think its worth it though. (Still AWED by the amazing"ness" of this tab.)
