Hey Sencie, your tab is really helpful and to make it even better maybe you could add a couple of things that I noticed were missing...The first is that on the G and B strings, the notes are all "hits" (G = 0h2, B = 0h1) and also there's an open B string note afterwards. The second addition is that on the C chord, the bass note is on the D string, not the A string. Thanks, Mike.

Ok.. To start off I cant do any better.... Hell I cant do much of anythign by ear... But haveing seen this song played in concert at a pretty close distance... and haveing seen 3 videos I know for a fact dave doesnt use a capo in any of the 4 times ive seen it... also visually I cant match the tab with this 1 (to any of the videos)... I have no ear but I can see well... Although this sounds great its not the way Dave plays it... but still i cant do any better just wanted to point it out ^_^

good job on your tab, it sounds somewhat similar to the song which is good that you tried. I also have seen dave play this song multiple times and these tabs are innacurate. they are also not as complete as it could be. I just posted up accurate tabs so check em out in the next couple of days if your interested.
