Song: Where are you going?
Artist: Dave Matthews Band
Album: Busted Stuff

This is a really fun and easy song to play. It is in standard tuning and
pretty much just follows the guitar

Intro

G|-------------|
D|-------------|
A|-5--5--5--5--|
E|-------------|

Verse (Simple)

G|---------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------|
A|-5-------------------5-----------------|
E|------3----7----5---------3----7----5--|

Chorus (A little slidin)

G|---------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------|
A|--5/--15-14-13\--5/--15-14-13\--5/--15-14-13\--5--3--1---5--3--|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------|

Bridge (A little tricky but not bad)

G|---------7---5---------------|
D|-----------7---7-------------| "Play 2 Times"
A|-7--5-------------7--5---2-3-|
E|-----------------------------|

If that bridge is too high, try, this one:

G|-----------------------------|
D|-----------------------------| "Play 2 Times"
A|-7--5----5---3----7--5---2-3-|
E|-----------5---5-------------|

Song Structure:

Intro
Verse
Chorus
Verse
Chorus
Verse (Half Measure)
Bridge
Verse (Half Measure)
Chorus
Bass Pause (Half Measure)
Verse
Ending (Same as Intro)

Not bad. He uses his Modulus 5 string on this, so I can't see it's completely accurate.
