The Am over "mind" is definitely wrong. Maybe A or Asus. Intro has four chords I think, the missing one is between Am and C. I don't quite know which. Also, second verse is missing. Third verse is the same as the first one. Generally a nice tab, though noone will find it under the artist's name. Initial D would be better.

To add on to Nusskadse's comment, the fourth verse chord is Dsus4. The chord progression goes Am, C, D, Dsus4 (strum twice), D (strum once).
