Great entry, chords sound good. One comment, I think the entry is Fmaj7 / Em until the lyrics begin, then switch to C / Em

Good, especially as you included the instrumental part (that are missing from other versions). Well done!
Agree with first comment, though. And the Bb in the bridges is NOT a major7 chord but a regular Bb.
