What about right before the end? it does something different. some minor chord any ideas?

if the bar chords are too hard,or youre just feeling lazy, you can also play with capo 3.

Ab-->F
Bb-->G
C---> Im not really sure. i just play the same C that Eb turns into
G-->I play Am
