Very nice chords. The ONLY thing I would add is that pretty much anywhere it goes from A to C#m, it walks up to the C#m with a Bm. Strumming is the most difficult thing on this song. Again, nice job!

This tab gets the general idea across, and I think it'd be very good for those just learning guitar who want a rough rendition of this song!
However, there are quite a few missing chords in the verse and chorus which give the song as a whole more character. Basically, you're missing B majors all over the place, haha :) If you listen to the song more carefully and play along, you'll see that most, if not all, of the transitions chords are 'B'.
Other than that, good job!
