For any ukulele players I'm sorry about this, as this tab is not specifically for ukulele, and I did not submit this to the site with this intention.
ultimateGuitar have just copied and pasted my guitar version, and stuck in the links to ukulele chord boxes, as is apparent at the bottom where I show the GUITAR chords I use.
The only thing I might suggest is to use the transpose function and take it down a half-step, you might find the chords may then be a bit easier for any average ukulele player.
