this tabs not wrong but its alot easier to play lower on the neck, but just on the D and G strings instead of high up on
the neck playing on the E and D string. I think in the pull out music video Jesse F. Keeler is playing lower on the
neck.

You could play lower on the neck if you had a whammy or some other octaving pedal, but if you want to accurately play the verse parts, you pretty much have to play that high. That's what's being played in the song. Don't go by what you see in music videos.
