I heard this ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ea43VkCiyFo ) acoustic short concert 
by this young talented guy. 
So I tried to write down his acoustic version which is a mix of picking and strumming.

i found another way to play the interlude riff which sounds better i think (this is for guitar 1):

whenever it gets to the 9th fret, i think it sounds better to play 9--7--6--7 instead of 9--8--6--8
