There's a bit more to the end of the verse than what you have written. Taking the F on the "wing" of "hospital wing" as an example: from the video, it sounds like he is playing F - C/E - G - G/B.

Also, the interlude is D - Am - D - Am - C - D - C - D - C.

Finally, the 2nd line of the chorus is just Am - F, not Am - G - F.
