Denzel Curry-If Tomorrow's Not Here


Pretty cool but simple bassline at the end of Denzel Curry's Imperial. The track features Twelve'len.


This is the main structure for the bassline.

The bassline seems to be looped, but there is variations at the end of the phrases every now and then.
These are the different variations I was able to pick out:

During the hook (when Twelve'len sings "If tomorrow's not here")the bassline changes to what is written below.
The same variations and chromatic walks down/up to the root note are still present.

It follows this pattern throughout the duration of the hook.



Please note: This position on the fretboard is the way I found it easiest to play while getting the right
tone for the song; try hitting the strings over the end of the neck where the highest frets on your bass are
so you can get a similar sound to what is on the song. All of this was done by ear and it seems to be correct 
from what I hear.
