Depeche Mode - In Chains, from the Sounds of the Universe album

Intro
Em C

            Em
The way you move
           C
Has got me yearning
            Em
The way you move
            C
Has left me burning
Em
I know you know what you're doing to me
C
I know my hands will never be free
Em
I know what it's like to be
    C
In chains

The way you move
Is meant to haunt me
The way you move
To tempt and taunt me
I know you knew on the day you were born
I know somehow I should've been warned
I know I walk every midnight to dawn
In Chains

Em C
In chains, I'm in chains
In chains, I'm in chains

Am
You've got me dying for you
C
Its you that I'm living through
D
You've got me praying to you
F Em
Saying to you anything you want me to
Am
You've got me reaching for you
C
My souls beseeching me too
D
You've got me singing to you
F Em
Bringing to you anything you ask me to

The way you move
Is mesmerizing
The way you move
Is hypnotizing
I know I crumble when you are around
Start to mumble a bit of a false sound
Straggle, stumble, shackled and bound
In chains

In chains, I'm in chains
In chains, I'm in chains

You've got me dying for you
Its you that I'm living through
You've got me praying to you
Saying to you anything you want me to
You've got me reaching for you
My souls beseeching me too
You've got me singing to you
Bringing to you anything you ask me to

I’m in chains

In chains, I'm in chains
In chains, I'm in chains
In chains, I'm in chains

Most of it is off, just a few chords in the chorus are right.

There's only two chords in the whole thing i think, they're just repeated and played differently (staccato and then quickly for the first one, and then just quickly for the second one that comes in later).

I think you'd need a wah pedal with an OD pedal to achieve the tone.
