The main guitar in the actual recording may be tuned down a bit, but 
since it is all barre chords, playing it in standard tuning works fine.  
Song is in 4/4. Best to get the strumming down by listening. Enjoy.

Not sure of the name of Cm* chord, but basically you just are walking down
the note on the G string for the C minor chords in the chorus.
(or the D string if you choose to play it that way)

Bm in the chorus should really be a B7.

You can play it acoustically with more traditional chords by going down a half step.

the Gm in the verse should probably be an A# or A#7 maybe
