The actual chords you've named are right.I watched Drew play the song. He capos at the first fret and plays E(=F), A(=A#)and F#m(=Gm). That allows for open strings.He also plays the "A" as an A5 (basically strumming strings 5,4,3, leaving the 2nd string open or just not strumming it.

Oops. Missed something.Opens on the "F" (capo1, play E) then the first chord of each verse is the fourth: A# (with capo1, play A) Everything else seems correct.
