Beautiful song! To me the standard F sounds as if it's barred, however it'll sound
fine in open too!

I didn't write out the rhythm but I'm sure after a few listens even beginners will have it :)

Enjoy!

edit: couple of chords were changed to be more accurate. Thanks to Greemur for the heads up.

Sometimes I wake up with a sadness

Other days, it feels like madness
F/C G
So, what would I do without you

F/C G
Oh, what would I do without you

  G E7 F
A decade goes by without a warning
C C/B F
And there's still a kindness in your eyes
G E7 F

The difference between what I've said and done
C C/B F
And you're still standing by my side
  G E7 F
A guilty soul and a worried mind
G F
I will never make it if I'm on my own

C C/B Am F/C G
C C/B Am F/C G

   C C/B
So you got the morning, I got midnight
Am
You are patient, I'm always on time
F/C G
Oh, what would I do without you

C C/B
You got your sunshine, I got rain clouds
Am
You got hope, I got my doubts

F G Am
So, what would I do without you
F G Am
Oh, what would I do without you
F G
Oh, what would I do

     C C/B Am F/C G
Without you

Your Em should be Eaug (020100). Same goes for the Am (002010) Also the F/C should be (033210)

You're totally right about the Em and Am. Thanks! That F/C though, I still hear the same thing as the (xxx010) keeps ringing throughout the chords. Thanks again! I'll correct those.
