So this is probably not a 100 % correct, cause it is adapted to my voice, which seems to
slightly higher than Drew Seeley's...but anyway, you can easily change the sound the
you like (higher/lower) by playing the riff on lower/higher frets.
Anyway: here it is!

(btw: 10 is ten and NOT 1 and 0)

e|-----------------------------------------------------|
B|-----------------------------------------------------|
G|---10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-------------10-10-10-10---|

A|--------------------------10-10-10-10----------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------|

This is basically the riff throughout the song, except from one point, where it slightly
in the order... it's this one:

(end of chorus)

i found the new classic in you

(it sounds better if you only do one strum within the last line... and then go on with
other strumming in the second verse)

you could also change the strumming in the secong verse by not playing the strings
but as in the last line of the chorus hit them together but two times in one line...if you
what i mean :D

if you have questions, just ask me :)
