The verses are: C#m (446654) E (022100) B (224442)

C#m
Came in from a rainy thursday
E B
on the avenue
C3m E B
thought I heard you talking softly
C#m
I turned on the lights, the tv
E B
and the radio
C#m E B
still I can't escape the ghost of you

C#m
What is happened to it all?
G#m
Crazy, some say
B E
Where is the life that I recognize?
E
gone away

B F#m
But I won't cry for yesterday
                      A
there's an ordinary world
        E B
somehow I have to find
B F#m
And as I try to make my way
                  A
to the ordinary world
        A E
I will learn to survive

C#m
Passion or coincidence
E B
once prompted you to say
C3m E B
"Pride will tear us both apart"
C#m
Well now pride's gone out the window
E B
cross the rooftops, runaway
C#m E B
left me in the vacuum of my heart

C#m
What is happening to me?
G#m
Crazy, some say
B E
Where is my friend when I need you most?
E
Gone away

B F#m
But I won't cry for yesterday
                      A
there's an ordinary world
        E B
somehow I have to find
B F#m
And as I try to make my way
                  A
to the ordinary world
        A E
I will learn to survive

C#m
Papers in the roadside
E B
tell of suffering and greed
C3m E B
feared today, forgot tomorrow
C#m
ooh, here beside the news
E B
of holy war and holy need
C#m E B
ours is just a little sorrowed talk

E
(Just blowing away)

B F#m
But I won't cry for yesterday
                      A
there's an ordinary world
        E B
somehow I have to find
B F#m
And as I try to make my way
                  A
to the ordinary world
        A E
I will learn to survive

the B in the pre-chorus should be a F#m

A closer chorus is : B G#m Eb E
And if you're wondering what that chord that at times replaces the E in the intro and at the end of some of the choruses, pretty sure its Am9/C

Lack of accuracy. I'm fairly sure that the third chord in every line of the verses is wrong.
Repeat, in order to reach word count:
