The tabs I found here were not really how Ed and Passenger play it in their
Youtube video, so I decided to take a closer look and tab it the way they play it.
Some minor mistakes aside; this is quite close I think (apart from the chord
names, I don't know if they are)

They basically both play the same 3 chords throughout the whole song.
1st chord is 2 bars long, 2nd en 3rd chord are just 1 bar.
Since the chord names are different depending on who's part you want to play, I
put up Passengers part over the lyrics. Just substitute them for Ed's, they are the same timing.

Ed Sheeran:
CAPO 2

      F#    E     D
E-----0-----0-----0-----}
B-----8-----7-----5-----}
G-----0-----0-----0-----}
D-----X-----X-----X-----}
A-----7-----5-----3-----}
E-----X-----X-----X-----}

Passenger:
CAPO 9

     Am7    G    C/F
E-----0-----3-----0-----}
B-----1-----0-----1-----}
G-----0-----0-----0-----}
D-----2-----0-----3-----}
A-----0-----2-----3-----}
E-----X-----3-----1-----}

Lyrics:

[Verse 1] (Passenger)

       Am7
Shorty get down, good Lord
G                     C/F
Baby got 'em open all over town
         Am7
Strickly biz she don't play around
      G                 C/F
Cover much grounds, got game by the pound
Am7
 Gettin paid is her forte
         G              C/F
Each and every day true player way
  Am7
I can't get her outta my mind (Say what?!)
  G                            C/F
I think about the girl all the time (Well well)

[Verse 2] (Passenger)

Am7
East side to the west side
          G                 C/F
Push your fat rides ain't no surprise
Am7
She got tricks in the stash
                G                  C/F
Stacking up the cash, quick when it comes to the gas
Am7
By no means average
G                          C/F
It's on when she's got to have it
Am7
Baby your a perfect 10
            G             C/F
I wanna get in, let me go in so I can win

[Chorus] (Ed & Passenger)

Am7
I like the way you work it
     G                      C/F
No diggity, I got to bag it up (bag it up now)
Am7
I like the way you work it
     G               C/F
No diggity, I got to bag it up
Am7
I like the way you work it
     G                      C/F
No diggity, I got to bag it up (bag it up now)
Am7
I like the way you work it
     G               C/F
No diggity, I got to bag it up

[Verse 3] (Ed Sheeran)

Am7
She's got class and style
G          C/F
In balance by the pound,
Am7
Shorty never act wild
G               C/F
Very low key on the profile
Am7
Catching feelings is a no,
G               C/F
Let me tell you how it goes
Am7
Curves the word, spin's the verb
G                C/F
Lovin' it curves so freak what you heard
Am7
Rollin' with the phatness
G                 C/F
You never quite know what the half is
Am7
You got to pay to play
G                       C/F
Just for shorty, bang-bang, to look your way
Am7
I like the way you work it
G                      C/F
Top notch, trumped tight, every day
Am7
You're blowing my mind, baby in time
G                   C/F
Maybe I can get you in my ride

[Chorus] (Ed & Passenger)

Am7
I like the way you work it
     G                      C/F
No diggity, I got to bag it up (bag it up now)
Am7
I like the way you work it
     G               C/F
No diggity, I got to bag it up
Am7
I like the way you work it
     G                      C/F

This is by far the best version, most accurate... Two things I noticed because something just sounded off is that he adds his thumb to the first fret (relative to the capo) when playing the C/F chord at the end of the verse/chorus. The other I just couldn't figure out what Passenger was doing with his other fingers. Whether he was hammering on/muting the 3rd fret on the D/A strings or if he was just playing a standard C chord shape with the added thumb on first fret is beyond me but the shit sounds bang on

Thanks! I changed the C/F chord like you suggested. This chord is still also a question mark for me, but with your addition it does sound closer to the original.
