The chord that you call a Bm variant actually sounds great if you don't mute the low E string, and that chord is an Em6.

Another accurate one.

There's always a Bm after Em - what the others lack.

Isn't the Bm chord inverted? I think it was supposed to be x24000... not sure how to call it though. Otherwise, this is really good.
