[Verse]

             C Em7 F
I took the supermarket flowers from the window sill
          C Em7 F
Threw the day old tea from the cup
Am G F C
Packed up the photo album Matthew had made
    F G C
Memories of a life that’s been loved
           C Em7 F
Took the get well soon cards and stuffed animals
           C Em7 F
Poured the old ginger beer down the sink
Am G F C
Dad always told me don’t you cry when you’re down
                   F G C
But mum there’s a tear every time that I blink

[Prechorus]

Dm F C G
Oh I’m in pieces it’s tearing me up but I know
Dm F C G
A heart that’s broke is a heart that’s been loved

[Chorus]

             C Em7 F G

       C Em7 F G
In the shape of my mum When I fall down you’d be there
Am F C G
Holding me up spread your wings as you go and when
Am F C G C Em7 F C Em7 F
God takes you back He'll say Hallelujah, you’re home

[Verse]

              C Em7 F
I fluffed the pillows, made the beds, stacked the chairs up
            C Em7 F
Folded your nightgowns neatly in a case
Am G F C
John said he’d drive then put his hand on my cheek
            F G C
And wiped a tear from the side of my face

Instead of putting the capo on the 6th fret I use the 1st. It is more comfortable with my voice. Love this tab!
