C'mon Everybody:Eddie Cochran.
Top of the charts in 1958. Cochrane
died in a car crash in London, UK, in
1960. He was only 21 years old.

#1.
      D
Well, c'mon everybody and let's get together tonight.

I got some money in my jeans and I'm really gonna

spend it right.
             G A
Well, I been doin' my homework all week long,
        G A
now the house is empty the folks are gone.
D G A D G A G D(x2)
Wooo.. C'mon everybody.

#2.
D
Well, my baby's number one but I'm gonna dance

with three or four.

And the house'll be shakin' from the bare feet

slapping on the floor.
         G A
When you hear the music you can't sit still,
        G A
If your brother won't rock then your sister will.
D G A D G A G D(x2)
Wooo.. C'mon everybody.

#3.
D
Hell, we'll really have a party but we gotta

put a guard outside.

If the folks come home I'm afraid they gonna

have my hide.
            G A
There'll be no more movies for a week or two,
G A
No more runnin' 'round with the usual crew,
D G A
Who cares.. C'mon everybody... D G A G D(x2)

REPEAT#3.

A fabulous fifties hit from Kraziekhat.

The song ain't played like this. It's E, A and B7 in place of D, G and A. A whole step up. Cheers for the lyrics though.

Cochran played in open d, if i recall the documentary i watched correctly. This is right, just in a different key.

Also to try and get the sound you can slide into the E chord. Sorry for double post.
