It sounds as if after the E chord, an E7 is strummed.

After the 7th, sounds like he moves the d note on the 2nd string,3rd fret, down 1/2 a step or 1 fret. might be called a 6th.By my ear because i got very little brain or education.Sincerely,Vegan Minstrel/YouTube.
