Your description at the top of the tab that Version 1 is wrong is not the kind of comment that should be used, if you check with UG's guidance notes you should not be referring to other versions at all, but saying what is unique about your own version. To just say another version is wrong is a very bold statement indeed without any evidence to back it up other than your own opinion.
Here is some evidence:
Where I have an Am/G, you have a C. Where I have an Dm/C, you have an F.

At [1:44] you can see Jeff play the Am and then add the G bass note with his little finger. Again, at [0:51] you can see him play a Dm, then add the C bass note with his little finger.
Unless of course Jeff is playing his own song wrong...
