Pretty good, but you left out a couple of important chords that I noticed when playing along to the original version. There's an F#7 between the C#m7 and the Bm (or Hm if you're German; bist du einen Deutsche?), and then a Cº7 between the Bm and the C#sus. Without them, it loses some of its power.
