This is a really cool song I think by  Elliot Smith originally, but covered also by a band called "Bad 
whose
front man is/was the singer from "Lagwagon"...both bands should be checked out.

This is an awesome song and thanks for posting it but instead of playing an f play an fmaj7 i think thats what elliot plays in the song

no, it is definantly E LoCo, and it makes a big difference.
