The Biggest Lie - Elliott Smith
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tabbed by: Yoshima
Email: derby@fsmail.net

Tuning: DGCFAD - This is a whole step down on each string. This is the way
Elliott plays, however it can be played in standard as long
as you can sing that high. I personally play it in standard
with a capo on the 6th or 7th so i can sing it lower.

I've tabbbed as much detail as neccesary, the vital structure is here but
i've obviously left out any slight variations and unimportant fill-in notes
as it would just get messy. Its easy to add the extra fill-in notes once
you've got the main rhythm and structure down.

the chords are strummed and fingerpicked.

The line where he sings "and everything that you do makes me want to die" you put a G chord at the word "die" when I'm pretty sure it's an E chord. Just pointing it out otherwise excellent.
