Intro: G C Cadd4 F C F D/F#x4

G Cmaj7 G F Cx4 Cadd4 C Cadd4 C Cx4
I can't light no more of your darkness

F Bb F Gx3 Cmaj7 x4 Gx3 Cmaj7x4 G
All my pictures seem to fade to black and white

G Cmaj7 G F Cx4 Cadd4 C Cadd4 Cx4
I'm growing tired and time stands still before me

F Bb F Gx3 Cmaj7 x4 G Cmaj7 x4 G
Frozen here on the ladder of my life

G Cmaj7 G F Cx4 Cadd4 C Cadd4 Cx4
It's too late to save myself from falling

F Bb F Gx3 Cmaj7 x4 Gx3 Cmaj7 x4 G
I took a chance and changed your way of life

 G Cmaj7 G F Cx4 Cadd4 C Cadd4 Cx4
But you misread my meaning when I met you

F C G G7
Closed the door and left me blind by the light

Chorus

C Cadd4
Don't let the sun go down on me

Am D/F#
Although I search myself, it's always someone else I see

C F G G7
I'd just allow a fragment of your life to wander free yea

    F (Let ring) F D/F# G C Cadd4
But losing everything is like the sun going down on me

C Cadd4 F C F D/F#

 G Cmaj7 G F Cx4 Cadd4 C Cadd4 Cx4
I can't find oh, the right romantic line

F Bb F Gx3 Cmaj7 x4 Gx3 Cmaj7 x4 G
But see me once and see the way I feel

G Cmaj7 G F Cx4 Cadd4 C Cadd4 Cx4
Don't discard me just because you think I mean you harm

F F C G G7
But these cuts I have oh they need love to help them heal Oh

C Cadd4
Don't let the sun go down on me

Am D/F#
Although I search myself, it's always someone else I see

C F G G7
I'd just allow a fragment of your life to wander free yea

   F (LET RING) F D/F# G C Cadd4
But losing everything is like the sun going down on me

Although I search myself, it's always someone else I see

C F G G7

Try this

C F G C C#
I'd just allow a fragment of your life to wander free

I think it sounds much better.

Sorry that didn't work out like I planned.

Play the G after the F on the word 'life' and the C# after the C on the word 'free'.

This is frustrating! Some of these chords are just plain wrong! Why bother?? At the chorus try C then C/Bb before the Aminor. Thanks for trying though.
