Verse 1:
G C G
When I think of those East End lights
C
Muggy nights
G F C
The curtains drawn in the little room downstairs
F G
Prima Donna lord you really should have been there
F G C
Sitting like a princess perched in her electric chair
	  Cm
And it's one more beer
		      A7
And I don't hear you anymore
       C
We've all gone crazy lately
    C#dim G
My friends out there rolling round the basement floor
            D
Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah

Chorus:
C G Am G
And someone saved my life tonight sugar bear
C G Am
You almost had your hooks in me didn't you dear
     G C Bm7
You nearly had me roped and tied
C C#dim
Altar-bound, hypnotized
	G
Sweet freedom whispered in my ear
	  C#dim
You're a butterfly
     C
And butterflies are free to fly
C#dim G Bm7 C
Fly away, high away bye bye

Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh

A slip noose hanging in my darkest dreams

I'm strangled by your haunted social scene

F G C
Just a pawn out-played by a dominating queen
Cm
It's four o'clock in the morning

Damn it listen to me good

I'm sleeping with myself tonight

what's with the question marks? and the Bm7 after "roped and tied" doesn't sound quite right to me but i haven't payed super close attention to it.

The Bm7 really doesn't sound right.. For the chorus, these sound much better imo:

G C G/B
For "You nearly had me roped and tied", play

G/B Major:
B--3--------3------------------------------------------
G--0------0--------------------------------------------
D--0----0----------------------------------------------
A--2---------------------------------------------------

C#dim G GM7/B C
For "Fly away, high away bye bye", play
GM7/B:
e--2---------------------------------------------------
B--3---------------------------------------------------
G--0---------------------------------------------------
D--0---------------------------------------------------
A--2---------------------------------------------------

C G/B Am G F
And last: for "Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh"
