Song: Hallelujah
Artist: Lind, Nilsen, Fuentes, og Holm
Album: Hallelujah Live

Capo on Fret 5

G-Em-G-Em
G-Em-G-Em

G Em
I've heard there was a secret chord
G Em
That David played, and it pleased the Lord
C D G D
But you don't really care for music, do ya?
G Em D
It goes like this, the fourth, the fifth
Em C
The minor fall, the major lift
D Bm Em
The baffled king composing Hallelujah

    C Em
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
    C G D G
Hallelujah, Halleluuuuuuujah

G-Em-G-Em

G Em
Your faith was strong but you needed proof
G Em
You saw her bathing on the roof
C D G D
Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you
G Em D
She tied you to a kitchen chair
Em C
She broke your throne and she cut your hair
D Bm Em
And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah

   C Em
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
   C G D G
Hallelujah, Halleluuuuuuujah

G-Em-G-Em

G Em
There was a time you let me know
G Em
What was going on below
C D G D
But now you never show it to me, do you?
G Em D
And remember when I moved in you?
Em C
The holy dark was moving too
D B Em
And every breath we drew was Hallelujah

   C Em
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
   C G D G
Hallelujah, Halleluuuuuuujah

G-Em-G-Em

G Em
Maybe there's a God above
G Em
And all I ever learned from love
C D G D
Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you
G Em D
It's not a cry you can hear at night
Em C
It's not somebody who's seen the light
D Bm Em
Its a cold and its a broken Hallelujah

   C Em
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
   C G D
Hallelujah, Halleluuuuuuu
   C Em
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
   C G D
Hallelujah, Halleluuuuuuu
G Em
Hallelujaaah
    G Em
and Halleluuujah
G Em
Halleluuujah
G D G Em
Halleluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuujah
G Em D G
Halleluuuuuuuuuujah

The song is written by: Leonard Cohen.
You've got to many Em in there. The fourth note in G-major is C: G, A, A#, C, D, E, F#, G
It goes like this, the fourth (C), the fifth(D)
The minor fall(Em), the major lift

It's wrong in each place.
...the fourth...
...kitchen chair...
...I moved in you...
...hear at night...

I know this song was written by Leonard Cohen, as for the chords, this is a different version than the way the amazing Leonard Cohen did his.

Yes, it is different than Leonard, but still, Ulf_A is right. I looked at the comments because I couldn't seem to get it to sound right. The C definitely does sound right and of course makes sense from a music theory standpoint. Simply strum the chords along with the video instead of picking and you'll hear it clearly. Otherwise, great job and thanks for putting it up here Fendergeek!!
