Just a little tab of a super wonderful song!
I got most of the chords from this youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dp5dpmbpf_0

G# Fm C#maj G#
North by north— lest we have to settle down
G# Fm C#maj G#
we can sail without the wind in this town
G# Fm C#maj G#
Things that London never saw
G# Fm C#maj G#
Northern winters start to thaw;
Fm C#maj
To islands on the sea,
D#maj Cm
lands I’ve never seen,
G# Fm C#maj G#
things will get calmer—follow me.

F D# C#
You said a long long time ago

you were happy being someone
F D# C#
Let's go far far far from home

I'll be glad to be with someone

That pattern just repeats through the entire song!
