1st fret
Beautiful 3 chords song. Use these chords if you play it with capo on 1st fret.

E A E
When I heard the ladiesman was dead
I saw the rolling stone stopped moving
Saw my ancient hero on the Sunset Strip
He left behind a legacy of ruin
Now painted ladies want to hold my gun
Wonder if the whole time if I'd been acting
When I sang "Moon River" in that silent film
Had I really made a sound when they called action

A C#m E C#m
I swear that man was womankind's first husband
They all died in a line to save him

A C#m
I'm a steady hand, I'm a Dodger's fan
I'm a leaning brand of a one night stand

A E
I'm a ladiesman

C#m A E
Oh some ladiesman
Oh some ladiesman

E A E
Conceus used a body at the funeral
By virtue of the flailing of his conquests
They tied down his casket with the garter belt
Each troubled heart was beating in a sequin dress
Someone must console these lonesome daughters
No written word are valid will appease them
Cowboy and the cop shot down the ladiesman
The humid nights in LA are now silence
I swear that man was womankind's first husband

C#m A E
Only son of the ladiesman
Only son of the ladiesman
Only son of the ladiesman

This is standard tuning, not open G. Otherwise... NAILED IT! Great job.

Idk, I can't get this chord arrangement to work for me. Every video I've seen he's not playing with a capo and also never goes anywhere near these chords. Looks to me like he's playing an open G chord and a G/C in the verse.

From the (few) videos I've seen, he's playing it tuned a full step down. So it's in F major, but the fingerings are G, C and Em.
