The chord qualities themselves are accurate (though I'm unsure about the voicing for F#7 - I think x-9-8-9-7-x is truer to the recording). Everything sounds right except for the Aminor in the verse after E, it should be a C/G.

hey, the f#7 to b7 switch is much easier if you use the x24242 voicing of b7 instead of x21202. just sayin'
