Let us be lovers, we'll marry our fortunes together

I've got some real-estate here in my bag ooooo

Michigan seems like a dream to me now

It took me four days to hitch-hike from Saginaw

Fmaj7 C
Laughing on the bus, playing games with the faces
Fmaj7 C
She said the man in the gabardine suit was a spy
Fmaj7 C Am C G Fmaj7
I said be careful his bowtie is really a camera

[Verse 3]

C Am C G Fmaj7
Toss me a cigarette I think there's one in my raincoat
C Am
We smoked the last one an hour ago
Em A Em A
So I looked at the scenery, she read her magazine

Cathy I'm lost, I said, though I knew she was sleeping
Em Am
I'm empty and aching and I don't know why
G
Counting the cars on the New Jersey Turnpike
        D G D C
They've all come to look for America

First aid kit made a musicvideo on this cover, in that video you can see how they are playing on the guitarr (not all the time) and then you can see that it's completely different from the chords here.

The chords that first aid kit use are very similar to the chords that Simon and Garfunkel use, they have only made a few differences.
