Intro: D, G

Verse 1
D G
In the morning on the train

D G
sitting and staring at the rain

D G A
or bury yourself in your books.

A D G D G
Don't look at no strangers, no don't give them any looks.

D G
Well you ask yourself why you're so afraid,

D G
why you hesitate when someone asks your name.

D G A
But they'll come too close if you tell them the truth.

A D G D G
Who's to say they want something from you?

Chorus
C A D G
Well your just a shell of your former youth.

C A D G
That stranger in the mirror, oh, that's you.
                               D G D G
Why do you look so blue?

Verse 2
Then the only man you ever loved, he thought was going to marry you, died in a car
accident when he was only twenty-two. Then you just decided love wasn't for you.
And every year since then has proved it to be true.

Chorus
Now your just a shell of your former youth. That stranger in the mirror, oh,
that's you. Why do you look so blue?

Bridge
Em A D G
Maybe tomorrow you will make a change.

Em A D G
Maybe some day soon you will find the strength.

Chorus
Now your just a shell of your former youth. That stranger in the mirror, oh,
that's you. Why do you look so blue?

in the chorus after the second G chord there should be an A chord to bridge to the D chord

Just copied the version 1
I hate when people make a very poor attempt at copying some one else's work and this person just took out the beginning where there is a description on how the picking pattern may be and at the end where the person said it's their first tab
its a disgusting copy and paste for some stupid reason
