After this point, where the "oohs" come in, it is a combination of Gm chord
and C chord (either sounds great) strumming, with this on the top, repeated:

e|---3---3---3---3-|
B|---3---3---3---3-|
G|-----------------|
D|-5---5---5---5---|
A|-----------------|
E|-----------------|

The song ends on a G major chord.

Enjoy, and please comment/rate!

This is great, thanks. I think the lyric is:

Inside the broken ovals of your olive eyes.

This is great...but I think the D7sus2 is tabbed x5455x. And the D is a Dsus when he sings "A hummingbird sing to me"

also, the guitar picking in the end humming (oooooh) is just to change between Gm and Gmajor..

Gm G
