Capo 2nd Fret (All chords relative to capo)

A (strum for intro)

 A G#/A F#/A E/A D F#/D D F#/D
After all is said and done, I feel the same

 E A D F#/D A
All that I hoped would change within me stayed

 A G#/A F#/A E/A D F#/D D F#/D
Like a huddled moonlit exile on the shore

 E A D F#/D A
Warming his hands a thousand years ago

 A G#/A F#/A E/A D F#/D D F#/D
I walk with others in me yearning to get out

 E A D F#/D A
Claw at my skin and gnash their teeth and shout

 A G#/A F#/A E/A D F#/D D F#/D
One of them wants only to be someone you'd admire

 E A D F#/D A
One would as soon just throw you in the fire

 A G#/A F#/A E/A D F#/D D F#/D
After all is said and after all is done

 E A D F#/D A
God only knows which of them I'll become

 A G#/A F#/A E/A D F#/D D F#/D

 E A D

I'm not sure about the specific chords, but this is what I play in their place and it sounds good
A- 502220
A/Ab- 402220
F#/A (actually supposed to be A/F#)- 202220
E/A (supposed to mean A/E)- 002220
D- 000232
F#/D (supposed to be D/F#)- 200232
E- 022100
