C Am
So I'm back, to the velvet underground
F G F G
Back to the floor, that I love
C Am G F
To a room with some lace and paper flowers
            Am F G
Back to the gypsy that I was
       Am G C
To the gypsy... that I was

C Am C

e|------------------|from capo
B|------------------|
G|------------------|
C|-4-7-9-12-9-7-4-2-|
A|------------------|
E|------------------|2x

C Am C
And it all comes down to you
          Am C
Well, you know that it does
         F G F G
And lightning strikes, maybe once, maybe twice
C Am
oh, and it lights up the night
C Am
And you see your gypsy
C Am
You see your gypsy

C Am C

       Am G C F
To the gypsy that remains faces freedom with a little fear
          Am G
I have no fear, I have only love
         C
And if I was a child
              F
And the child was enough
           Am
Enough for me to love
          G
Enough to love

C Am C Am F
She is dancing away from you now
               G F
She was just a wish
               G
She was just a wish
      C Am C Am
And a memory is all that is left for you now
C Am C
And you see your gypsy oh
             Am
You see your gypsy

(And lightning strikes, maybe once, maybe twice)
       Am G
And it all comes down to you
       F Am
And it all comes down to you

These chords do not sound right at all, whatever the key. This version is misleading and should not be on here.
