thanks dude, I can't play that D/f# so I just use the G/B and it sounds okay.

The D/F# (from low to high) is just... 2,x,0,2,3,0 using your 2nd finger on the F# on the lowest string and fingers 3 & 4 on the G & B strings respectively. Just lay your 2nd finger down enough to touch the A string and mute it.
