Hey there,

The chords sound alright, although i've yet to check them against
the recording (sorry, its been a while since i've listened to the
song and i haven't got enough time right now) but i just thought
i'd quickly help you out with those chord names here as some are
a bit off. They are:

Cm CmM7* G#/Ab Fm C Cmaj7** C/B Am F G
e|----3------3------4------1----0-----0------0----0----1----3----||
B|----4------4------4------1----1-----0------1----1----1----0----||
G|----5------4------5------1----0-----0------0----2----2----0----||
D|----5------5------6------3----2-----2------0----2----3----0----||
A|----3------3------6------3----3-----3------2----0----3----2----||
E|----X------X------4------1----X-----X------X----X----1----3----||

*This is a C minor chord with an added major 7th, so its called 'C
minor major 7' and noted as 'CmM7'

**You've noted this as C7, you've got to be careful with 7ths. 'C7'
would mean its a dominant 7th, which is the 7th note of the major
scale flattened. So the 7th note in the C major scale is B, flatten
that and your at Bb, therefore C7 would have an added Bb. In the case of this chord, its a standard C chord except your also playing an
open B string adding in the natural B. This means it's a Major 7th because its the 7th note of the major scale without any flattening
or messing about. Hence making the chord Cmaj7. It can also be noted
as 'CM7', with a uppercase 'M' denoting major instead of the lower case 'm' denoting minor, but thats understandably less common these days because it can get a little confusing...

Anyway, I hope that was helpful. Keep it up and never stop learning.
Music is an unfathomably large and unknowable thing so no matter
who you are and how much you know, you can always learn more.
That's how you stay fresh and inspired.

all the best,

Dave

....where the C? chord is, is a G Augamented chord.
....the C7 chord is actually an Eminor
....the C/B chord is an Eminor as well.
