Great song by a great new country band, the chord progression is G, D, Em, C
It doesn't change this throughout the song, if it's easier then just play those chords
how u feel sounds right

Maybe this might help. this song is in Bb and the bass plays the 5th F over the Bb chord and over the F. The bass progression would be F, F, G, Ab. Thats what gives it that thick sound. Over the lead break the bass then plays the Bb, F, G, Ab. I'm not really sure where you got G, D, Eb, C unless you were viewing from the guitarist capo position chord form.

Thanks sg450t, I saw most chord charts of this song were G,D,Em,C. Which is why I tabbed it like I did. And looking back at the tab, I stuffed up with the Em chord, which I should've wrote as either E-0 or A-7
Thanks for the help, Really appreciate it
