Capo
3rd fret
This is my first attempt at tabbing, I hope it makes sense to y'all. Just have to
listen to the song to get a feel for the timing of everything. This is how I play
it. I think I have it kinda close.

Cruise by Florida Georgia Line
Capo 3rd Fret (For chording only)
(Lead parts are without a capo)
Maintains Progression G, D, Em7, C throughout entire song

G
Baby you a song
    D Em7 C
You make me wanna roll my windows down and cruise

G D Em7 C X2
(Play Lead 2x)
e|-6---------------------------6---------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------6-6---8-6-----------4-3-4-3-4-3-------------------------|
G|---5b7-3-----3-5/7-----7-------5b7-----------------5-3---------------------|
D|---------3-5-----------------------3-5-------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

VERSE 1:
G D
When I first saw that bikini top on her
      Em7 C
She's poppin' right out of the south Georgia water
        G D
Thought ol' good lord she had them long tanned legs
         Em7 C
Couldn't help myself so I walked up and said

CHORUS:

G
Baby you a song
    D Em7 C
You make me wanna roll my windows down and cruise
       G D
Down a back road blowin stop signs
                         Em7 C
through the middle every little farm town with you
         G D
And this brand new chevy with a lift kit
       Em7 C
Look a hell lot better with you up in it
    G
So Baby you a song
    D Em7 C
You make me wanna roll my windows down and cruise

When that summer sun fell to it's knees
I looked at her and she looked at me
And I turned on those KC lights and drove all night
Cuz it felt so right her and I man we felt so right

I put it in park
and grabbed my guitar
and strung a couple cords
and sang from the heart

Girl you sure got the beat in my chest bumpin'
Hell I can't get you out of my head

Baby you a song
You make me wanna roll my windows down and cruise
Down a back road blowin' stop signs through the middle every little farm town with you

Baby you a song
You make me wanna roll my windows down and cruise
Down a back road blowin' stop signs through the middle every little farm town with you
In this brand new chevy with a lift kit
Look a hell lot better with you up in it

Come on

Baby you a song
You make me wanna roll my windows down and cruise

e|-6---------------------------6---------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------6-6---8-6-------------4-3-4-3-4-3-----------------------|

Hey y'all I forgot to indicate a fews things on the tab...
b = bend
br = bend and release
/ = slide up
Hope that helps clear up any confusion if there was any.

he means bend the 5th fret to the note (i.e. sound) of the 7th fret, then you play the 3rd fret after that. (personally i hammer onto the 7th cos I like the sound)
