Brand new one by FGL, real music right here, this one ROCKS!!!

Sounds fine with no capo or capo on 1, I prefer capo 1 but its entirely your preference

intro- C F G

Verse I

C F G
You get your hands in it, plant your roots in it, dusty headlight dance with your boots in it (dirt)

C F G
You write her name on it, spin your tires on it, build your own cornfield whiskey bonfires on it (dirt)

G
You bet your life on it

Chorus

           C
Is that an old shade red roads clay you grew up on

     F
That plowed up ground that your dad damned his luck on

     G
That post game party field you circle up on, and when it rains you get stuck on

        C
Drift a cloud back behind county roads that you run up

    F
And mud on her jeans that she peeled off and hung up

    G Am
Her blue eye summertime smile looks so good that it hurts

                          Em G C
Makes you want to build a ten percent down white picket fence house on this dirt

Verse II

C
You've mix some sweat with it, taken a shovel to it

F G
You've stuck some crosses and some painted goal posts through it (dirt) you know you came from it (dirt)

G
and someday you'll return to it

Chorus

     C
This elm shade red rust clay you grew up on

                          Em G C F
Makes you want to build a ten percent down white picket fence house on this dirt

Bridge

G G

    G Am

                          Em G C
Makes you want to build a ten percent down white picket fence house on this dirt

                          Em G C
Makes you want to build a ten percent down white picket fence house on this dirt

hey dude I'm sorry, u-g posted that comment without asking me after I rated your tab. It does sound a little rude. But to be fair these chords aren't correct. Version 2 is a lot more accurate.
